You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. By uploading User Content to JetJobs, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your User Content for the purpose of providing our services to you.
You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to JetJobs, you grant us the license described above.

While our AI technology strives for accuracy in processing resumes, we cannot guarantee that all information will be extracted correctly. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any inaccuracies in the information extracted from your resume.
For optimal results, we recommend uploading resumes in common formats (PDF, DOCX, TXT) and following standard resume formatting practices. Complex layouts, graphics, or uncommon file formats may result in less accurate data extraction.

The JetJobs name and logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of JetJobs or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
Our service may include material from third parties. We give appropriate attribution for such material and will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.
We offer both free and paid services on JetJobs. By selecting a paid service, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

For subscription services, you may cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not provide refunds for the current billing period. For one-time purchases, refunds may be available within 14 days if the service has not been used, in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal under Estonian and EU consumer protection law.
JetJobs is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. While we strive to provide accurate job listings and information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on our platform.
JetJobs does not guarantee that you will find employment through our services. We provide tools to help you in your job search, but securing employment depends on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, your qualifications, and employer preferences.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JetJobs and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to such liability, or €100, whichever is greater.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be accessed at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may initiate legal proceedings subject to the governing law and jurisdiction provisions below.

If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under applicable consumer protection laws.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JetJobs regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning its subject matter.
These Terms are written in English. Any translated version is provided solely for your convenience. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of JetJobs.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may assign or transfer these Terms, at our sole discretion, without restriction.
